Winter is here. And we are pleased to present – at last – the second issue of the magazine we publish especially for our clients, following the debut of our "Autumn Edition".
On this occasion, we would like to thank you sincerely for the many kind responses we received on our first issue. We were delighted by your enthusiasm for our new magazine, and it motivates us to produce many more fine editions for you in the future.

In this issue we also look back at a wealth of theoretical foundations and a "to-do list" that leaves no questions unanswered. Our seminar on the "E-Bilanz" (electronic balance sheet) has us looking forward to our joint "mapping" exercise and has prepared us well for the risk management system that the tax authorities may calmly introduce from 2015 onwards.
We have already shown that we are not fair-weather service providers. The weather was unfortunately not kind to us during this year's company outing, but we did not let that get us down and enjoyed the day as much as ever.
