1. We are all equal.

We know and live by the principle that, as human beings, we are all equal. Supporting others and treating one another with respect and dignity is a matter of course for us. We support and respect the diversity of cultures and value a diversity of opinions. We firmly oppose any form of discrimination. Disturbances, misunderstandings, mistakes and disputes, on the other hand, are human: should they arise, we take a solution-oriented approach and aim to resolve the situation directly.

2. We listen.

Results that are your solution are generally the best solutions. We listen to you. We take time for you. We try to develop an understanding of your perspective and view the situation through your eyes. We keep asking questions until we understand. We tell you when we do not understand. We involve you in our work and our processes to the extent that you wish. Our language is clear and straightforward.

3. We fight.

We fight for you. With all our expertise and energy. We do so all the more when things are not going smoothly for you – unconditionally. Under no circumstances do we act opportunistically. We are interested in long-term business relationships.

4. We are reliable.

We keep what we promise and commit to. You can rely on that.

5. We are independent.

Our advice and our actions are exclusively independent. We disclose conflicts of interest immediately. We are prepared to say "no" – that is, to decline or terminate any form of business relationship. For this reason, we do not take on concentration risks ourselves. We finance our growth and our day-to-day business from our own resources. We can sustain this even in times of crisis.

6. We are reasonable.

We are convinced that we can offer an outstanding price-performance ratio. Our benchmark for the fees we charge: they should reflect the value of our services. What matters is that you perceive our fees as reasonable. We are always open to discussing this and always interested in your perception.

7. We are discreet.

Our professional confidentiality is an institution that we live by and are proud of. We take professional confidentiality particularly seriously. It goes without saying that any disclosure of information to persons who have no legal or professional entitlement to it is prohibited in all our areas.

8. We value family.

Every form of family matters to us; family-friendliness is a high priority: children and older people are respected and are warmly welcome in our premises. We take individual needs of our employees' private lives into consideration. We strive to give our employees every opportunity, including through the use of state-of-the-art working arrangements.

9. We know who we are.

We only hire employees who can identify with our philosophy, and that is why we feel very much at home within our team.
