Steffen & Partner is an owner-managed group of firms in Bocholt and Düsseldorf, founded in 1978. Around 40 employees advise private clients and mid-sized companies.
The Steffen & Partner Group was founded in 1978 by Georg Steffen in Bocholt. What began as a sole practitioner has grown into a group of firms with offices in Bocholt and Düsseldorf. Today, Steffen & Partner brings together Steuerberater (German Certified Tax Advisors), Wirtschaftsprüfer (German Statutory Auditors), Rechtsanwälte (German Attorneys-at-Law), mediators and management consultants — around 40 employees at two locations.
We advise private clients as well as small to upper mid-sized companies from North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond. Our areas of specialisation include tax structuring in private and corporate matters, company acquisitions and sales, and commercial and employment law.
