This winter, our motto is: "We stand together."

As you can already tell from the cover image, we have taken the emperor penguins as our example. As everyone knows, they stand together to find shelter in the centre of the group when faced with strong winds and freezing cold.

You are probably already eager to read our banking feature, because in this issue you will find the answers to all the questions you submitted to the banks during the last autumn edition. We forwarded your questions to the banks, and they provided detailed answers, as you would expect. We hope you enjoy reading them!

You will also find out what Sven Porschhöfer has been up to, as he is "back in town" and ready to get things moving again. We are looking forward to his new magazine for our region.

Our "moment of experience" feature this time introduces a very special artist: Thomas Englmann, a well-known and passionate saxophonist – but not only that. Learn more about an interesting person with a wealth of experience, and take the opportunity to meet him in person at our next client event.

This time, however, we are not only featuring established businesses. It is also time to introduce another start-up founder who is still at the very beginning of his professional career. Jonas Hansen founded his small but refined furniture workshop in 2014. He had already built a career before that as well.

Liquidity problems? Then read carefully which suggestions our Rechtsanwalt (German Attorney-at-Law) Rudolph has prepared for you to improve the effectiveness of your receivables management.

Of course, we also do not want to withhold the last "tax highlights" of the year-end from you.

Now, however, look forward to a wonderful winter, and remember how the penguins master this season – namely, TOGETHER.
