Once again, our social committee made sure we all enjoyed a wonderful day together…
… this year we set off on bicycles out of town. After a tour in the most glorious weather, we stopped at the Strandcafé Ottilie by the Aasee, where we were treated to delicious homemade tarts and cakes.
We wrapped up the evening at Heiko and Annette Mätzig's wine bar, where, alongside a tasting of selected wines, we enjoyed the wonderful small plates that Frau Mätzig had freshly prepared for us.
It was, once again, a thoroughly successful outing, and we would all like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the social committee for organising such an enjoyable occasion. We'll see what the next team comes up with… it may still be a whole year away, but we are already looking forward to it — after all, as they say, anticipation is the greatest joy of all.
