A particular highlight is an excursion to the moated castle in Hamminkeln. This summer, we visited an exceptional restaurateur couple there, Stephan and his charming wife, Florence Janssen. Knights of fine dining – for us, this is exactly the right description for outstanding, distinguished cuisine. Stephan Janssen's "J" Restaurant & Lounge at Schloss Ringenberg is therefore well worth more than a short trip.
