Over the past months and years, we have given a great deal of thought to how we could make our tax and legal information more engaging for you, and we wanted to address you in a much more individual way. From now on, we are able to tailor information to your needs and will aim to describe the key points and facts clearly and plainly, so that even readers without a background in law or tax law can understand what is at stake.
As a dedicated series, we intend to introduce companies from our region and the personal experience moments of their entrepreneurs. Why did the revolution of Koch-Chemie GmbH begin in a German garage in 1968? We learned the answer during our visit to the company, and one of its managing shareholders, Mr Axel Koch, gave a very interesting interview to our Rechtsanwältin (German Attorney-at-Law) Kerstin Steffen on the topic of compensation for managing shareholders. We also look back fondly on a wonderful evening — our Bocholt Summer Evening, for which Christian Lindner travelled specifically to Bocholt. It was an exceptionally interesting evening with an engaging panel discussion and a distinguished line-up in our large seminar room. On the roof terrace — with, for once, fine summer weather — guests enjoyed their own bar & lounge and an excellent flying menu prepared by Stephan Janssen of "J" Restaurant and Schloss Ringenberg, for which Christian Lindner personally thanked him for the outstanding food.
