24 April 2020: Effective immediately, we ask all visitors to wear mouth and nose masks on our premises. High-quality disposable masks are available for visitors at the reception desk. Our staff have been provided with cloth masks. Masks should be worn during all movements through our premises and during meetings.

As a digital firm, we are – despite the coronavirus – currently in the fortunate position of being largely able to continue working digitally and remotely. Should anything change in this regard, we will provide you with further information here without delay.
Our reception is staffed for emergencies, although on a limited basis due in part to childcare arrangements. Please note that the reception will temporarily be staffed from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 (the reception will therefore be closed during the lunch break, during which documents can only be submitted by prior telephone arrangement). By telephone, we naturally remain available until 18:00 as usual.
We ask for your understanding that – for the protection of the general public – all on-site appointments are temporarily cancelled. However, we do offer the option of video conferences. Please contact us if required.
We would also ask you to leave documents that urgently need to be submitted at a suitable distance from staff wherever possible, so that we can slow the spread of the virus as much as possible.
Please be sure to observe the important hygiene guidelines
and make every effort to avoid social contact. This is important to prevent the virus from spreading to everyone at the same time (irrespective of the view that "we will all get it anyway!").
